We're staying in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. I love the way life takes place on the sidewalk here in Vietnam. Everyone is out front together: eating, selling stuff, making food. I think I mentioned it before, but it is something I'm really drawn to, so I'll say it again.
I'm including photos of life on the sidewalk at night, along with one of the wiring. About the wiring: this scene is so ubiquitious that there are even t-shirts made depicting the tangle of wires.
Walking back from dinner last night some of us (Ken, Andrew, and Alexa) joined the jazzercize group by the lake.
